I would suggest to maybe let staff know to stop upselling things at the start and end of the treatment, understand money and returning costumers can be tight but I would’ve been more interested coming back if there wasn’t a pressure to. My facialist was friendly , listened to me and overall very nice. The room was very dark and quite shady , i overall would say it’s a great clinic but please just don’t pressure clients into feeling like they need extra , even if there skin tells them they need

Friendly massage therapist but was Pressured into upgrading the service then was charged more than if I had originally booked that service. Also pressured into booking further treatments.
Not particularly friendly at the reception.
