Helen was really good. It was one of the nicest therapies I've had in quite some time. She is very knowledgeable and knows the anatomy well. Will be looking to book again soon.

Helen really takes care. She has helped my frozen shoulder immensely. She is very generous with her time and ensures that the therapy she uses is working. She also researches extra things that may help your condition. For example appropriate stretches, vitamins etc. Highly recommend!!

I have had a frozen shoulder for 6 months which had resulted in little to no sleep and consistent pain. After two sessions whilst I still have some pain I am sleeping better and I have a lot less pain during the day. It has made a real difference so far to my quality of life.

Home visit. Helen worked on my frozen shoulder. Good firm hands and sympathetic to the painful bits. Will be booking again as her massage techniques have helped free my shoulder up and left me with a feel of relaxation and well being. Thank you Helen,
