Full explanation of the therapy, how &'why it can work. Helen is Professional, calming and cares. Not rushed, fully relaxed and feel good factor. I have problems with my shoulder after a car accident, and after 1st treatment my arm went back to position it should be in. I am confident with a few more sessions my shoulder and back will be back to 'normal'. Fully Recommend Helen and her therapy treatments.

I have had problems with my right hip, shoulder and neck for many years and tried different types of treatments, none of which managed to help, not even short term. I had only three treatments so far with Helen and I have to say that there is already a difference in how I feel. She's been using a mix of treatments(reflexology, myofacial massage, reiki) and for the first time I have a feeling that someone is trying to understand my body and its problems and apply correct treatment. Helen is very knowledgeable about all of these treatments and how and when to apply them and she also pays great attention to how I react to the treatment. I would highly recommend her.
