After arriving 5 mins early, they showed me to a room and told me to relax as they were running slightly late. I didn't mind so I got undressed, lay on the bed and waited... 25 minutes later a therapist walked in, she didn't apologize for making me wait and just started waxing. It was the most painful underarm wax I have ever had to endure, she didn't use talc or try dry the area at all and just kept going at it with the strip wax. It's now two days later and the swelling and redness has barely gone down and I'm unable to use deodorant - and it's incredibly painful. Then she started my Hollywood with strip wax "RIP me" I thought... luckily she used hot wax on the most sensitive areas, but again, it's two days later and the whole area is red and sore. To her credit, she made up the time she'd kept me waiting. It was the fastest wax combo I've ever had and the leg wax was great. 30 minutes later I was out of there, hairless and in a whole new world of pain, never to return again.

Great wax, but said that Brazilian doesn't include the back area, which is incorrect.
