The treatment was painful. I was nauseous when over and had severe back ache the next day.
I told the therapist at the time with no resolution. I do not feel they took on board my health issues prior to carrying out the treatment.
The room temp was too cold. Set at 18 degrees.

We thought the treatments were exceptional,
The staff in restaurant and spa wonderful.
However it is not really a spa , more a treatment room and a hot tub in a tiny space , felt a little awkward with romantic couple joining my daughter and I .

I felt a bit lost as it was my first time in a spa (apart from a gym - which is slightly different,) & left to my own devices. Deep message was good but I thought the room could have had more light /relaxing atmospheric lighting.

Super amaizing the message, the atention from receptionist. Everybody was warm. They ofer me water at the end, and I didn't know that I needed it, I wish come back soon.
