Had a lovely couples massage with a very caring and attentive therapist. Facilities were really nice, clean and well thought out. As it was a birthday treat, they even added a little birthday cake with champagne which made it extra special.

Felt rushed the during the entirety of our stay unfortunately. Felt that some of the staff working there were a bit abrupt and slightly rude towards my friend and I. I called a week in advance to provide special requirements for the treatment, which I was told it'll be totally accommodated, but on the day of the treatment, I was told it's not possible. I probably will not be visiting again as I think the attitude and carelessness of the staff is not worth it.
