I wouldn't call this treatment a massage. The therapist was barely putting any pressure. when I asked her to press harder she refused and then stopped and asked if I would like to change treatment. She was extremly rude and incompetent and they didnt have anyone else to replace her. I stopped half into the treatment because I was getting frustrated instead of getting relaxed. Probably the worst massage I ever had. Even the receptionist was defensive. Bad experience bad attitude. Wouldn't go back

This was bought as a birthday treat by my lazy 'a' son..... I asked a work colleague/ friend along. Having never had a spa treatment before... I loved it. It came at the right time with all the stress going on at work. Almost fell asleep. Have had massages before and prefer harder but having said that...the experience as a whole was relaxing and ALL staff were polite and attentive. We arrived super early and were allowed in to the spa room to use the facilities so.... NO complaints!!
