I took my daughter here as a present for her 18th. The staff were lovely and the therapists we had were amazing, we both said it was the best massage we’ve had. I had Louise and she was just the sweetest. Will definitely e returning.

I had a lovely spa visit; the package was great value for money. The facilities were comfortable, towels and bathrobes were excellent. However, pre-visit communication felt too casual, like having a WhatsApp conversation. Therapists didn’t introduce themselves or check preferences, and treatments were inconsistent in pace and technique. While these are small areas for improvement, I still enjoyed my visit, and with more consistency and personal touches, the experience could be even better
