Very beautiful spa day, the building inside was beautiful, it was clean and tidy and I loved everything about it. The staff were so kind and helpful too. The spa itself was beautiful, I had a back, head and shoulder massage and a body detox wrap which was so relaxing. I loved the jacuzzi and the steam and sauna rooms too, very relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing spa day!

My daughter and I booked a massage together. We both felt well cared for and nurtured. It was quiet and deeply relaxing. We will definitely book again on our next London stay!

Two of us booked in for a 30 min treatment for a massage and a 30 min facial, an hour in total. We only received 45 mins worth of treatments. It felt very rushed. The massage was okay. They didn't ask about pressure, it was so soft, I basically just had oil rubbed on my body for 20 mins. The room was also cold.
We received the treatments before being able to use the spa, so we couldn't really use any of the facilities without ruining the facial. We won't be returning.
