I had booked this day for my best friend for her birthday. We are vegan and arranged a vegan cream tea. When I came in I was send down stairs who then said no your up stairs. The waitress said she thought it was odd we were eating first and she had it noted we were vegan. However when the cream tea came it wasn’t vegan so we had to wait another 25 min. When it came to the massage the therapist had no personality at all. Don’t introduce her self or ask how the pressure was at all
