Overall a very pleasant experience. Therapist was very welcoming and experienced. Options of treatments were offered. Detox wrap was excellent as was the facial. A real treat and a great way to spend a couple of hours

Great spa, good time out deal. All staff were extremely professional and pleasant. If I paid full price I would have been a bit disappointed with how full the spa was (given the actual spa area is very small). The changing rooms and locker space is also very small. The body wrap and facial were amazing!

I had a one hour massage. The therapist was clearly well trained and understood the process but the massage was way too gentle. I asked twice for more pressure but she seemed reluctant to apply anything other than a light stroke. A bit disappointing.
