We bought a spa day voucher (an hour in spa and 2 treatments). You cannot fault the therapists. The treatments were lovely and worth the money. However, what let it down were the facilities. The changing rooms were cramped and not what you would expect for a London spa. The relaxing area with the sauna, hot tub ect. was small and to be honest a bit uncomfortable with more than one group in there. Whilst I know the staff do their best to stagger people it felt a bit too close and unrelaxing.
