My daughter and I had a thoroughly lovely experience. The treatments were tailored to our wishes, the relaxation area was perfect. All appointments were managed really well so we were never rushed or crowded and we felt spoilt and chilled.
All staff were friendly and helpful.

The spa facilities were great, the steam room and sauna were clean and in working order and the jacuzzi tub very relaxing. The treatment itself was alright. The therapist did not ask “is the pressure ok?” During the treatment, which is pretty standard practice when getting a massage and I found the pressure too light for me. The facial was nice, but I did feel the level of background noise in the room was poor. Washing up, blowing nose and mobile phones vibrating (not ours) seemed to distract.

Massage was poor I asked for firmer pressure as I wasn’t asked at any point what pressure I wanted- but nothing changed. Might as well have stroked me with a feather. Spent entire time getting increasingly annoyed that it was so amateur. My husband said his was superb though so that was nice for him (for my birthday treat 😂) facilities are tiny as expected for that location so all in all would not return or recommend
