Attentive staff. We were offered drinks at the waiting area before we had our treatments. The waiting area could have been more cosy and relaxing. The treatments were great. Very relaxing! Exfoliation and the massage was great. As for the facials, it was very basic. The whole experience was great. We used the hot tubs, saunas and steam room afterwards. There were only us 2 so it felt very private. One big negative point is that the changing room is very very small. Barely fit 2 people in it. There was only 1 shower so we had to wait in turn.

We hade a perfect ending on our perfect week-end in London. 30 minutes facial and 30 minutes massage followed by more relaxing time in the spa area.
Really friendly and serviceminded staff.
I would really recommend a visit to this spa.

Bought the VIP package for my mum's special birthday - it was a lovely memorable day, the VIP package was great value and made the day extra special. The massage was excellent, spa facilities were limited but we were the only ones there so that was even better! The lunch was really good and very filling. Highly recommend this package at this spa!
Was a great location, Staff and ambience. But it was basically just putting gelish on. No foot or hand soak or getting rid of dead skin which is what i look for in a pedicure.
