Loved the spa, the staff were all exceptionally friendly and the hotel and lunch were wonderful. Sadly our treatments were a let down, poor quality massages and squeaky bed. Although the treatments were a disappointment everything else was lovely and our complaint was dealt with very professionally by Kayleigh.
