Staff is very polite and friendly. We had 60 min massage, my partner enjoyed his massage-my one was bad. The movements were performed not 'fully' and most of them incorrectly. I was massaged with fingers rather than with palms. The fact that my bed was making cracking noise with every up and down movement didn't help either, bed was old and had worn off sponge so it felt like laying down on a bare wood. Spa is not quiet, you can hear all the noises and laughs. Plenty of better spa's in London.
