I went on my birthday with my partner and we both loved it. The massage was out of this world it was the best I ever had. I would recommend it to anyone who want to have fantastic experience.

The spa area is very clean with a super relaxing atmosphere, the therapists are lovely, very polite, attentive and really make you feel comfortable there. I had a facial and massage and my daughter had a facial and body scrub, all the treatments were excellent and although we live an hour away by train we will definitely book again. We had dinner after in the restaurant and the service and food were amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Super treat!

Had an absolutely wonderful afternoon at the spa complimented with afternoon tea. Fantastic time using the hot tub followed by a full body massage ! Absolutely loved it and cannot wait to go back ! 😃

The scrub treatment was excellent and I would recommend Nayeed to do this scrub for you. She was excellent.
The spa is quite small in size. There is no extras like shower caps, ear buds, or wipes in the spa. If this is a 5 star hotel these are things which should be offered.
The initial process was a bit unemotional. Had to chase up on emails and confirmations.
