The spa was great - very small but you can't expect a huge space in the centre of London. The temperature of the hot tub was also a bit too hot. The treatments were great and the staff were all very friendly. The only thing I will say is, because we booked this experience via the Virgin Experience Days, we really felt like we received the "budget" version of what hotel guests would get. Unless they would also get plastic champagne glasses?

The treatments and therapists at the spa were excellent. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon. The only downside was that the spa didn’t have a swimming pool and the changing rooms were tight for space when more than two people were in them!
