The spa, treatment and dinner package was great value and the massage, facial and scrub was great, as was dinner, where service and food were exceptional. My only issues were that the spa areas were very small and overcrowded. I also have a big issue with the fact that on the package we booked the treatment for me and my friend were in the same room. Nowhere did it say this in the literature and when I raised this with spa management they were unapologetic dismissive and rejected feedback
