This was our second time for the same experience first time we enjoyed it very well. Our second visit was disappointing. The first hour in the spa with prosecco was relaxing, but the massage felt very unprofessional. With our eyes closed all we heard were constant noises—wrapping sounds, water running, washing, taps and caps opening and closing. It felt like being in a construction site. The therapist seemed rushed and doing closing tasks, and my wife’s massage was also noticeably short.
