We highly recommend the Athenaeum Spa – we’ve visited three times now and enjoyed the package for two, which included two treatments (massage and wrap), the wonderful facilities – a jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna – and a delicious lunch in the restaurant. Everything was very professional and easy to book. This is one of our favourite places in London, and we can’t recommend it enough!

We booked the Delight Spa Day. The receptionist was welcoming, and we had 1hr use of the spa facilities (sauna, jacuzzi and steam room) before treatments. We chose the full body scrub and drift away massage. It was a pleasant enough massage (very light - but they advised this when choosing) and the scrub was nice too. You can hear the tubes running below, but that’s the location. The cream tea was OK too, (nothing special, jam isn’t freshly made). A nice experience but probably not worth £230.
