The venue was quite small but I liked the atmosphere. The therapist was lovely and my massage was one of the most relaxing I've had.

The massage was not deep tissue
Very soothing but not a deep tissue
The toilet was dirty and no toilet roll
The changing room was disappointing ; one toilet , small and no product to use after treatments eg basic moisturiser etc
Only a small water dispenser
No herbal teas or fruit juice or fruit
All the things that you would expect in a luxury spa and indeed I have had when visiting similar venues
The steam room however was excellent
The rest area Spartan and not very comfortable

The spa space is very very small, also the changing facilities that are honestly not big enough for more than 2 people at a time. The hot tub noise was incessant and loud which made it very unrelaxing. The sauna was not very hot, but the steam room was so tiny that it became too steamy & hot tub was like warm. Treatments were noisy in background with washing up and plastic bags. It was not a good experience . I don’t recommend at all
