Treatments were great, Ilona was brilliant :) The actual spa and facilities were slightly disappointing, the changing room is very small and in need of some upkeep. The AC also didn’t work in there so it was very hot. I think we were expecting a slightly higher standard of facilities and cleanliness. The treatments were by far worth the day out though :) we had the Swedish massage and detox wrap.

Treatments were lovely but the reception staff and hotel staff were unorganized and unprofessional. Nobody on reception when we arrived (2 mins after due arrival time). Receptionist came 15 mins later with a plate of food, and told us that if guests don’t arrive on the dot, that she goes and does other things. Also had to wait 25 minutes for a coffee that cost £8 and my husband was locked out of his locker for over 15 minutes stood in a dressing gown in reception (indecent). Just chaos.
