I am very happy I visited this SPA, as it was my first experience like this in London. I chose a package for two, which included a one-hour relaxation massage, followed by access to the jacuzzi and sauna. The massage was incredible—performed by professional masseuses who created a cozy and friendly atmosphere. It was truly relaxing and enjoyable.
After the massage, we went to the relaxation room, where prosecco was waiting

We had a nice day however we felt that the overall spa needed some care. I noticed a lot of patches that were covered in filla, 2 of the lockers were out of order, one lockers door was falling off its hinges. One of the showers was blocked - water was dnot going down the plughole quickly. Also we felt that was it really necessary for a member of staff to frequently be coming in and out of the changing rooms? The jacuzzi also could have been a lot warmer.
