Great therapist and room. Showers were not clean and towel on the floor but i assume this was just after few people left it without respect and nothing to do with the team.

My partner and myself loved our time in the spa and massage also liked the double room for us. Massage was wonderful and very relaxing and the girls were kind and respectful. Loved every minute 😊

The receptionist and beauty therapists were very helpful and attentive.
My daughter bought me a Virgin Experience voucher for the Spa 2 years ago. We enjoyed it so much that I bought another. I initially booked a May visit but had to change due to work commitments. The visit on 2 July was even better than the first visit. The spa area was refurbished and very cosy.
The treatments we had included the facial, message and detox wrap were excellent.
Overall excellent value and fantastic experience.

Amazing experience, I recommend this hotel. The Spa is great and the massage as well , the host was very friendly and everything was perfect
