I asked for more pressure in the massage and was told it wasn't possible as it was a relaxing massage! Also the treatment time was shorter than it was supposed to be-just under 20mins as opposed to 30mins.

When booking the treatments we were informed they would he 30mins each. We was taken into the treatment room late. We should of been in there for 2:30 by the time the therapists came in to start the treatments it was 2:45 the massage was finished and the therapists were preparing for our next treatment by 3:05 so we lost 10 minutes of the first treatment. The second finished at 3:30 so again losing around 5/10 minutes. Overall 20/25mins less than stated and paid for.
