We came on a couple's voucher package for Valentine's Day.
Having been several time before - and having 5 star service on all those previous occasions - we came with high expectations which were more than met, they were exceeded.
Everything from the cream tea in the hotel restaurant beforehand to the polite and courteous staff not to mention the calm and relaxing atmosphere and cleanliness combined to make our visit as close to perfect as you could hope to experience. Go on and treat yourself.

Changing rooms are tiny, not enough space to shower or get changed with any privacy unless you go in to the one toilet. The therapist did a mediocre job with the facial and back massage. For the amount I paid, I would have expected someone who had more experience. Wouldn't recommend this spa. The doorman at the hotel was very kind though.

The spa is quite compact, but they limit numbers so you have it almost to yourself. good jacuzzi, sauna and steam. Friendly staff.
