I am never kept waiting at Atelier and the nail therapists are very good at what they do. I should say that they might get a higher score here if they explain each step in the process as I am new to gel nail process. I also noticed that my nails weren't all the same length. Unfortunately I didn't notice this until I got home. Very efficient salon and lovely manager that runs Atelier.
