I was quite disappointed with my experience today. When I arrived, I wasn’t greeted, which already felt unwelcoming. When I politely asked if my nails could be filed a bit more, I was met with a dismissive and unfriendly response. I also tried to ask if everything was okay, but the tone remained abrupt. Overall, I found the attitude quite rude and unprofessional, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
