Excellent service treatment and advice

I'm so glad I booked a facial here. I went because my skin was looking really bad after a long holiday - more breakouts than usual. I met with James who was so lovely and spent about an hour asking about my skin and talking me through the science of skincare and how and where I might be getting it wrong! It was so interesting and helpful. In the end I had a peel instead of the facial I booked on James's recommendation and will go back in a month for a follow up to see how my skin is then. The results of the peel were pretty subtle, but my skin felt softer and it wasn't at all red. But the best thing is James gave me really clear advice on how to manage my skincare over the next few weeks and it's super simple and involves only two products, one of which you can get in Boots for £3.50! I wish I'd gone years ago and spent my money here rather than all the creams and serums and face masks I buy!!! So not what I thought I'd booked but I'm really happy with the treatment and service.
