I came in to the Asthetik London clinic today for a consultation regarding a treatment which could help with a condition that I suffer from. I had reservations given some of the stories I have heard about some clinics, but given the very low consultation price I didn’t think I had much to lose! And I am so pleased I did!
I was greeted by the friendliest Doctor (on time) and taken to a beautiful, modern, light and uber clean treatment room to have my consultation! Immediately I felt reassured, comfortable and had a very thorough and informative consultation about the potential treatment which gave both the positives and negatives I.e risks of the treatment. There was no encouragement of sales or pressure to book in, simply the facts clearly and concisely given so I understood everything and was told to go and think about everything and make my own decision! After a few other questions promptly answered by Dr David in an email, my decision was made and my treatment would be with Asthetik! I couldn’t feel more confident, safe and looked after than I have been with the guys here! I couldn’t recommend more highly - my new go to aesthetic clinic!!!! Thanks guys and see you soon!

Confusing experience. The guy seemed very knowledgable about skincare but spent way too long (1hr) on the consultation vs the actual facial (30mins). The facial given was very basic, cleanse, tone, moisturiser- very much what I can do myself at home. Once we started the facial, my highly sensitive skin (which was already irritated) further reacted to the products and remained inflamed for 48 hours. When I returned home and cleansed, realised there was still a lot of make up left on my skin after the facial so there was not even a proper cleanse.
I think this place is more for medical aesthetic consultations not really facials. They should market themselves accordingly to avoid customer disappointment.

Absolutely amazing staff and consultation. It wasn’t a forced experience where they’re making you buy everything they own but giving you real life tips on how to improve skin and health. Amazing
