I had honestly the best time. The staff and the atmosphere were so lovely, I was taken care of the second I walked into the salon and was offered a drink and a seat. The waiting time for my appointment was short, and I was guided to the chair for my consultation. The lady listened to my request and did a light brown balayage. I was so in love with my hair, the colour blended beautifully, the cut was even, and the curls were done so professionally. Definitely want to come back.

Well I have never been for a wash,cut and finish where they wash your hair, then rough dry it and then cut it. When I say cut I mean snip tiny amounts off the layers. At one point I actually thought she was pretending to cut my hair!! Afterwards I actually checked the floor to see if there was any hair. There was a small dusting of hair but not what you'd expect to see after a £30 haircut. Then no offer of straightening and didn'teven bother getting a mirror to show me the back. Rubbish!

I am a regular of many years at the salon and find the staff friendly and efficient. They are always welcoming, deal with everyone courteously and have a relaxed atmosphere while still being professional. They adhere to all Covid restrictions which as a mature client I greatly appreciate. Recommend this salon unreservedly.
