I was a little nervous as I’ve had some negative experiences with hairdressers in the past but Ellie was so kind and gentle. I’d come back just for Ellie any day, she made me feel very calm and looked after. The salon itself is lovely and I liked the milkshake products. My only criticism is it didn’t feel very covid-safe - only one of the team was wearing a mask and the salon was very full and cramped. Would have really appreciated if masks were worn by the staff.

Really impressed with my experience at this salon, I had to change the timings twice and they were very accomodating,
All of the staff are lovely and offered hot drinks regularly,
The salon itself is extremely clean as are the tools they use.
This will be my go to salon now with or without a Treatwell offer.

Haircut itself was fine, but appointment was about 45 mins late as previous client had long thick hair. I was offered a treatment and was apologised to, but 45 mins is quite a time for the previous appointment to run over.
