Charlotte is such a kind and talented stylist. She took her time, checked in on me throughout the cut and made me feel really comfortable. I’d highly recommend her if you get the treatment done. After the treatment my hair felt super soft!
Concerning the salon: It could have been a bit cleaner. I understand that it is difficult to run a business and simultaneously clean in between customers but there were bits of hair on the counter (under the mirror) and on the glass shelves.
