I paid for balayage, cut and blow dry, balayage was not received. This is the first time in my life I have had to complain about a hairdressers. The balayage was more like a few highlights and the cut was poor. At every turn my viewpoint was shut down. I was left distressed by my experience. I had to recently get my hair re-done at a place who knew how to do balayage and listen to the customer properly. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
