I got eyelash extensions and the lady who did them glued my eyelashes together so I couldn't open my eyes. The lady then forced my eyes apart with tweezers which caused immense pain and several of my eyelashes to rip out. The lady did not apologise at any point, and told me it was because my eyelashes were not long enough to stick the fake ones to. So instead she had just stuck them to my eyelids (including the underneath wet part of my eyelid) which caused further irritation. I cried in pain

First time tried local hairdresser at this salon and was pleasantly surprised of professional service and expertise. Sadhna was especially welcoming and highly professional. Definitely recommend this salon.

I booked a wax I had before and when it was over I was asked if I had prepaid again. I showed her abs was told I had done the wrong one and was made to pay extra. This was their mistake, it should be their job to know what I had paid for and to give me that, she didn’t and I was made to pay for their mishap. This really ruined my experience and I will not be going back. A business should have a solid system in place to ensure their customers are not made to feel like they’re doing n the wrong.
