Place was nice, staff was really friendly and offered me a bottle of water. However, the underarm wax went really badly, and I had big chunks of skin ripped off. Its super painful, even 3 days later. Very upset and will not return

Rubina advised me on which wax type was better for my hairs. I initially paid for the hot wax but she said the strip one would work best for my underarms as my hair is curly. Even though this meant she would end up being paid less, she still advised this and gave an excellent treatment. Will definitely return.
