I paid online in advance. When I got there, I was told to pay extra £18 in cash. Sadnha who was doing my hair, kept repeating: "can you post a nice review for me, make sure you do". She asked me 5 times. She couldn't speak English at all. I brought a photo explaining how I want my haircut done. She refused to look aloit, being busy talking to other workers in a different language. She burnt my neck with a straightener. Careless, rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs!

Duaa was really reassuring the whole time and explained to me what she was doing each step. I had a whole hollywood wax and she did it in only 15 minutes! Quickest and the least painful wax I've genuinely ever had! I requested wax that wasn't that hot as my skin is sensitive and she made sure I was okay with the temperature at the start. She also used strips to remove the wax which made it quick. 10/10 will be coming back here.

Wax was way too hot that it was actually painful, she was very rough and she even got wax on my jumper and dropped some on my arm. Not very profesional, very disappointed.
