Duaa was really reassuring the whole time and explained to me what she was doing each step. I had a whole hollywood wax and she did it in only 15 minutes! Quickest and the least painful wax I've genuinely ever had! I requested wax that wasn't that hot as my skin is sensitive and she made sure I was okay with the temperature at the start. She also used strips to remove the wax which made it quick. 10/10 will be coming back here.

Wax was way too hot that it was actually painful, she was very rough and she even got wax on my jumper and dropped some on my arm. Not very profesional, very disappointed.

What an amazing experience once again in this hair salon! Highly recommended. I was seen by Dana on this occasion, who welcomed me with a smile. She was very friendly, attentive and professional. I had a haircut with a blowdry. I brought a photo with me, asking if it was possible to have a similar haircut. I was nicely surprised because Dana made it look even better. She really made my day. A real credit to the company. Thank you for making me feel great in my new hairstyle!
