Just unbelievable.First of all the quality of the gel manicure was bad.Charged me £15 extra for removal when the actual gel manicure was £30. When tried to reach out never answered not to me and not to treatwell as I tried to resolve issue through them.Treatwell cannot authorise any refund without salon confirmation but how can they have authorisation if salon is not responding not to the customer and not to their partnership company.Im still waiting for my refund so please answer to treatwell
