I found the receptionist very unwelcoming. When I went in for my spray tan, i said I wanted a darkish natural tan but NOT in any way to turn orange (she assured me i wouldnt go orange)... I wash it off after 8 hours, following her instructions and to my surprise, i was bright orange. Really really disappointed.
