Lovely staff and really friendly environment which was perfect to relax and zone out. Hair treatment was perfect and I was overall very happy with my experience.
Only 1 person working at the salon when I went (6pm on Monday) which was strange. The salon was nice, very clean, the hairdresser was nice, but cut my hair in a different way than I am used to. When she greeted me, despite booking on the website, she didn't know what service I wanted. I asked for a wash and cut. The pricelist doesn't list wash & cut / wash, cut & blowdry so selected haircut only thinking that was it.
After the haircut, I went to pay and at first she did not tell me how much it was so had to ask. And was shocked when she said it was £35 not £20. I said it was £20 on the website and she let me pay £20 as a one-off. I went in mostly for the price so doubt I'll be coming back again. That said, I cannot fault the hairdresser or the place, but they should be more clear on their pricelist.
I had a very good haircut by Kim who was friendly , quick and professional. The place was clean and I would recommend.

Karen was fantastic, felt very at ease during my Hollywood wax as she was very chatty. Did a wonderfully thorough job too - will definitely be going back
