I came here for a toner, haircut, and blowout (£85). On arrival, the salon was empty with no one at reception, and I had to call out. Hasna was finishing with another client. She was a great listener, gave excellent haircut advice, and did an amazing job with my toner, haircut & blowout my straight hair even held the style the next day. Her customer service was brilliant and unrushed. However, the salon itself needs improvement: old chairs, no heating (a space heater was used), needs a clean.

Kamiya was so lovely and did an amazing pedicure, I was really happy with her work. The only issue is the salon setup. You sit on a normal white chair and put your feet into a sink-style basin, then stretch your leg onto a small stand. It looks aesthetic but isn’t comfortable, and the room was quite cold. For a ‘deluxe’ pedicure the setup isn’t really suitable my hands and legs were freezing but her work itself was perfect.
