Venue was very unorganised. I had an appointment booked, but there was no available stylist to do my hair. Same problem with another client too. Only one stylist was working- poor lady was rushed off her feet. Hair was very rushed and not to my usual liking.

I had my consultation on last Friday 5th June 2026 which was really nice. I choose Ayesha to do my consultation but I don’t think she was the one who did that someone from the reception did it but that’s not a problem. The patch test went well. Someone was going to get back to me after my patch test and hair enquiries. Even after trying to reach multiple times over call number provided by this app and google nobody is answering the phone. How am I suppose to get answers get my next appointment.

What a shambles. Watching my stylist was like watching myself trying to blow dry my own hair and ended up with a similar result - a frizzy mess. I’ll be leaving a full review on Google, avoid Aisha like the plague. Better yet avoid this salon.
