I hadn't had a massage for years and was in desperate need, particularly arouns my neck, shoulders and upper back. My therapist helped me to feel comfortable with the experience and really did a job on my knots. She recognised when I was experiencing some pain with the deep tissue in my upper back and changed to work up to it. Warm and professional and I will be returning soon 😊
