Booked two treatments, one for myself and the other for my friend- we have visited here once before and were so impressed we wanted to return.
This visit was less than impressive. I booked a 70 minute treatment and received less than 50 minutes. My friend booked the 60 minute treatment and received her allocated time as she finished after me and her therapist began before mine.
We were put into the double room to allow for our treatments to begin at the same time. However, the first therapist arrived and said she would do the 60 minute treatment (my friends) and just began. When the second therapist came in with the exfoliating scrub (part of my friends treatment) the therapists had a conversation and decided to change who was massaging who.
There was a lot of commotion with this which was not relaxing. I was readied how long my treatment was for and what it was. I stated this.
The techniques used for this instance were very different from the previous visit.
Both experiences were not anywhere near as pleasant as our previous visit and I didn’t feel relaxed when leaving, I felt annoyed, tense and disappointed. More so when the receptionist stated to me how the therapist probably was confused as her English is poor. I appreciate English may not have been her first language, as a customer however, this is not my problem. My problem is the lack of service and the poor customer experience.
