I had to wait an extra 35 minutes after my booked appointment time. Considering I even got there early as requested on the web. Whilst waiting j was not offered anything to drink however once it was my turn it made up for everything! as I got a beautiful froffy coffee and mince pies. Nikki was so welcoming and chatty and bubbly. She done such a beautiful cut of my restyle. I was super nervous as I went from long to short, she took her time & made me comfortable. I will be returning in future. Xx
