Absolutely awful experience. They ignored repeated calls, changed my rescheduled appointment 30 minutes before, then rushed the service. The technician hurt my hands several times with tools, ignored my request for a untransparent manicure, and did a messy uneven job. I paid £70 on Treatwell then was charged £15 extra. Staff argued with me, laughed in Greek, and one nail was left shorter than the rest. Rude, overpriced, painful, and unprofessional.Living in London for 5 years, never saw this.
