Super disappointing. Not sure she has done a Japanese manicure before. She hacked into several of my cuticle beds which somehow look worse than before including three bloody ones, filed the top of my nails so there were bright white streaks across all nails, buffed all of the Japanese manicure off and then redid it hastily to try to fix the streaks.
