I turned up for my appointment and the shop was shut! I tried calling and no one answered. I messaged and didn't get an answer until then next day!! In the mean time I was waiting with my children outside in 30 degree heat. They said there was an issue with the shutter so couldn't open. They said they tried to call me but I had one missed call and no messages left. I find this highly unprofessional! They could have left a voicemail to explain instead of wasting my time!

Unfortunately the shellac is peeling - I only had to done Thursday at 4.30pm and today (Sat 28th) it’s already peeled off 4 fingers and a thumb.
I would appreciate if someone for the salon can call me back or contact me via email.

Very nice place, clean, tidy all therapist are friendly and professional. I had my gel extensions removed and gel polish applied only in detail 👌, great and hoping to re- grow my nails now until next appointment.

The technician was nice. My 1 star review goes to the quality of her work. I booked a 1h45min mani and pedi. With 17 mins left on the clock, she had only done my mani. I had to leave without doing my pedi because I didn’t have enough time. The nails are badly shaped, the polish is patchy. I had to ask for a second layer of polish cause she was about to put the top coat on a very patchy discoloured nail. She did not even seal the nail polish and I have already chips and bubbles and fluff trapped
