It was not Jasleen who did waxing for me. I have been a regular customer with them for couple of years. And highly recommend but this experience has put me off . Won’t be going back . Burns could happen for anyone during a wax but the way it was handled was poor.There was no acknowledgement initially when it happened so they were discussing about it in language I didn’t understand . Secondly I had to ask if it was burns . It happened right before my b day. Ruined. Appreciate Jasleen for her work
